CARE HOME, LINCS
The design is for a new care home within a residential setting. Utilising an existing residential site that ensures a traditional residential frontage is maintained whilst providing a more of a contemporary design to the rear of the building. We worked with a professional client through RIBA stages 1-3.​​
A new sixth form centre for a secondary school in Milton Keynes. A SIPS construction with a mixture of brick-slips and timber cladding to provide a much needed dedicated sixth form centre for a growing school population. We worked directly with the contractor for RIBA stages 4 & 5.

8no. new-build apartments in Hertfordshire on town centre site. Utilising an existing urban, city centre site, we have been able to gain planning approval for one of our commercial developer clients. We can't wait for this project to progress onto RIBA stage 4 in 2026.
